Service delivery method

When the patient comes to the emergency department of the hospital for urgent treatment, he is given immediate treatment and discharged with first aid. And if the condition is complicated, necessary tests are done. After verifying the report, if the condition is not complicated, the patient is discharged with treatment. If the condition is more complicated, the patient is admitted and treated as an inpatient. And if inpatient treatment is not possible, direct referral is made from the emergency department for advanced treatment.


The following services are mainly provided in the emergency department:

  • Injury received in road accident, physical injury, mechanical accident or any other accident
  • Dive into the water
  • poisoning
  • shortness of breath
  • Dog, cat or other wild animal bites and snake bites
  • Sudden sharp pain in the chest or abdomen
  • Sudden sharp pain in any part of the body
  • Sudden fainting
  • Sudden severe vomiting or diarrhea
  • Any other immediate acute physical illness
